Sebastian PD
Director – Business Solutions and Advisory Services
With an extensive work history of more than 28 years as a Chartered Accountant, he possesses a solid foundation in audit, finance, and accounting. His areas of expertise encompass establishing efficient systems and procedures, overseeing audits for corporate clients, implementing ERP solutions, monitoring corporate finance and investment activities, ensuring timely receipt and payments of funds and cash calls, conducting financial modeling, evaluating projects, and preparing budgets.
Professional Experience
In addition to his 28 years of rich experience, CA. Sebastian has held various notable positions. He served as the Deputy Finance Manager at Rural Areas Electricity Company SAOC, a subsidiary of Electricity Holding Company SAOC, Oman. He also worked with Electricity Holding Company Oman, AGN MAK Certified Chartered Accountants in Abu Dhabi, Varma & Varma Chartered Accountants in India, and Milma Foods Limited in India.
Anoop V George
Director – Audit and Taxation
As the Director of Audit and Taxation, he brings extensive expertise in audit, taxation, VAT implementation, accounting functions. He is well-versed in ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and implementing effective financial operations. He has a proven track record of designing and implementing systems in corporate environments, including the preparation of policies and procedures to facilitate internal financial controls. He possesses extensive experience in unbundling accounts of ministries to decentralize activities under various subsidiaries. Furthermore, he had specialized in preparing fixed asset registers for electricity sector companies during the transition from ministries to independent entities.
Professional Experience
Throughout his 24-year career, Anoop V George has held significant positions with renowned organizations. He served as the Group MIS & Analysis Manager at Electricity Holding Company SAOC in the Sultanate of Oman. Additionally, he gained valuable experience working with Elf Gas India Limited and Fraser & Ross, a member firm of Deloitte.
Binoy Jacob
Director – Global Assurance
As the Director of Global Assurance, he brings extensive expertise in financial and management accounting, planning and budgeting, financial reporting, legal and procedural compliance, board secretaryship, business valuation, financial modeling, and general administration. Binoy’s professional journey includes serving as the head of the investment and finance functions at a family investment office, where he managed a diverse portfolio of direct investments valued at approximately RO 18 million. He has a proven track record of successfully leading trading and accounting system migrations, as well as redesigning reporting systems. His expertise extends to ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements while delivering accurate financial reporting.
Professional Experience
Throughout his impressive 24-year career, Binoy Jacob has held significant positions with reputable organizations. He served as the CFO of SAJ Investment LLC and also held the position of CFO at The Financial Corporation SAOG. Furthermore, he gained valuable experience working with Horwath Mak Ghazali LLC.
